POSITION SUMMARY:   Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants who want to work in an outpatient setting for adult, child, family, Mental Health (MH) and Substance Abuse (SA) services. Applicants must be out-going, like working with the public, professional and para-professional staff.   Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. The Outpatient Services Practice Manager is responsible for optimizing client access to BCI services in a trauma informed welcoming and efficient timely manner at the Fort Walton Beach (FWB) and Crestview (CV) service locations. The Outpatient Services Practice Manager acts as liaison to all BCI service departments ensuring continuity of access to care. The Outpatient Services Practice Manager will report directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO).

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:   Master's degree in a related field plus five (5) years related experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field plus six (6) years related experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years related experience. Please include a resume with the application. Applicant must be able to pass a Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II and Medicaid background check and a drug screen. Applicant must have a valid Driver License with no major violations and be able to be insured under BCI’s automobile policy. Applicant must take a Tuberculosis (TB) test to verify that they do not have active TB. Further minimum requirements include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:  We are looking for highly motivated applicants. We are excited to meet interested potential teammates. Excellent communication skills are a must. Some of the job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide supervision, direction, performance monitoring and evaluations for the FWB and CV Outpatient Clinical Staff.
  • Provides productivity performance and administrative guidance to the FWB and CV Outpatient Clinical Staff.
  • Monitors schedule optimization of all the FWB and CV Outpatient Clinical Staff.
  • Monitor access to care for new and existing client access.
  • Monitors billing for Contract Services.
  • Responsible for coordinating training of new FWB and CV Outpatient Clinical Staff.
  • Develop proficiency with BCI’s Electronic Health Record.
  • Provide support and back up for the Access Center Supervisor.
