Please join us in congratulating Brittany March, BSBA, PHR, Human Resources & Quality Coordinator, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for September 2022. Brittany was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Brittany this distinguished recognition. Brittany started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in February 2012 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.

Brittany was nominated by Carrie Parker, who said “I would like to nominate Brittany March. Brittany is responsible for all the pre-employment processes. Brittany has to ensure all the paperwork is submitted by the hiring supervisor, she has to call and offer employment to the candidates that have been selected, set up all of their employment screenings, etc. Brittany has hired an exponential amount of employees lately. Some have come onboard at Bridgeway and some have not. Whether they come on or not Brittany has done all the work for each one. Brittany works hard and completes her additional tasks in addition to all of the hiring that has taken place. Thank you Brittany for all your hard work and effort!”
