Please join us in congratulating Tanasha Alexander, CCBHC Evaluator, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for May 2023. Tanasha was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Tanasha this distinguished recognition. Tanasha started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in April 2018 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Tanasha was nominated by her coworker, Cindy Kelly, who said, “Tanasha has worked for Bridgeway Center for five years. Tanasha always comes to work with a positive attitude. Tanasha has recently been promoted to CCBHC Evaluator, a brand-new position and has gone above and beyond to create this position and have a positive impact on our CCBHC program. Even though Tanasha had to create this new position, she still serves as back up to our Financial Specialist and answers any questions that come up, which helps to eliminate mistakes on our client’s accounts. When it comes to client accounts, Tanasha is our expert and is able to talk to our clients and help them with their accounts and doing whatever she can to help them understand the balance. Tanasha promotes Bridgeway Center with a positive attitude by volunteering to represent Bridgeway in many community events. It is a pleasure to work with Tanasha and I feel she deserves to be Employee of the Month.”
