June Employee of the Month
Liz Qualiana, BA, One Hopeful Place Coordinator

Please join me in congratulating Liz Qualiana, BA, One Hopeful Place Coordinator, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for June 2023. Liz was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Liz this distinguished recognition. Liz started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in November 2016 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.

Liz was nominated by her supervisor, Donna Morgan, who said, “I would like to nominate Liz Qualiana. Liz goes above and beyond to help the participants at the shelter and day program get their items in order so they can apply for benefits, and complete employment applications. She has set up online classes for many of the participants to help them achieve their individual goals. In the past two months she has assisted with the transition of 17 people to housing. Liz has covered the shelter for the Manager to go to Washington and take care of family things. The participants appreciate all she does for them. A couple participants have said, “She just doesn’t know how cool she is”. She has made the shelter very happy, and we appreciate her.”
