February Employee of the Month is Clay Wilson, Building Custodian.
Please join me in congratulating Clay Wilson, Building Custodian, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for February, 2021. Clay was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and admiration that we award Clay this distinguished designation. Clay started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in May, 2012 and has been an essential member of BCI’s team since.
Clay was nominated by his supervisor, Tim Karsten, who said “Clay represents the best of Bridgeway to me. He is on our frontline for disease control, he is at work while many of us are still sleeping disinfecting our facilities. When over 230 boxes were found in the Hospital Drive attic that represented over 5 years of records, Clay was the one who moved most of them out of the attic and down two flights of stairs for the shred truck. Clay was instrumental in the movement of eight Bridgeway Associates to different offices, accomplished in just one day. He volunteers to work overtime and provide janitorial service to Crestview, saving Bridgeway the expense of an additional employee. He is consistently positive and helpful with all of those associated with Bridgeway and deserving of this additional recognition.”
Clay, you are a valued member of our team, and your dedication and commitment serve as a vital link to our operations.
