Please join me in congratulating Faith DuVall, BA, Behavioral Health Case Manager (BHCM), for earning the title of Employee of the Month for April 2023. Faith was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and admiration that we award Faith this distinguished designation. Faith started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in August 2022 and has been an essential part of BCI since.
Faith was nominated by her supervisor, Remeeka Wilson, who said, “Faith Duvall is the only children’s case manager in Okaloosa County. She consistently exceeds her weekly productivity goal. She works extremely hard to meet the needs of her clients and their families. I can call on Faith for anything and she immediately gets the task completed. She has been very instrumental in getting children into residential placements by gathering all necessary documentation, speaking with the placements, and submitting everything in a timely manner to the identified Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program also known as a SIPP. Lately, she has had to work some extremely difficult cases and she has handled them with nothing but professionalism. She goes above and beyond to help the children of this community and always does so with a great attitude.”
