A mental health screening by an intake screener is offered in Ft. Walton Beach, Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm. The screening is offered in Crestview, Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. This triage-like service is offered to first time clients, both children and adults, to assess mental health and substance abuse needs and assist in linking to these services.
