This free mental health screening by an intake screener is offered 4 days per week in Ft. Walton Beach, Monday-Wednesday 9:00am-3:00pm and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm. The screening is offered 3 days per week in Crestview, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00am-4:00pm. This triage-like service is offered to first time clients, both children and adults, to assess mental health and substance abuse needs and assist in linking to these services.
