EAP for Employees

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service that can help you and your family successfully deal with life's challenges. EAP services are typically available for the benefit of full-time and part-time employees and their immediate family members. The term "immediate family members" typically pertains to those individuals who would normally be considered dependents on family medical and hospital insurance coverage, or those claimed when filing federal income tax returns.

Initial EAP services are typically available to you at no cost, as your employer has prepaid or will pay for these services.  Bridgeway Center, Inc. is a non-profit provider of EAP services.  Our highly skilled and credentialed professional staff are trained to work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors on a large variety of issues, from minor communication problems to larger behavioral health issues. 

What Our EAP Provides

We can help you and your family members with work issues, such as difficulty with co-workers or communicating with your supervisor; family problems (ex. parenting, angry teens, relationship issues, dealing with the aging parent, etc.); and personal matters to include depression, anxiety, addictions, stress, etc.  Following are some of the available services:

• Telephonic Intake - An intake coordinator provides information and referrals.
• In-Person Assessment - A face-to-face evaluation or assessment and referral by an EAP clinician
• In-Person Counseling - Face to face counseling with an EAP clinician.
• A EAP Hotline - open 24 hours, 7 days a week for confidential help with work, family and/or personal matters
