Inpatient Services - Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU)

Bridgeway Center's Crisis Stabilization Unit is a 12 bed program of the Inpatient and Crisis Services (ICS) program, providing mental health stabilization and substance abuse services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 

Services are provided to male and female individuals 18 years or older, who are residents of the District Circuit 1 of Florida with preference given to residents of Okaloosa and Walton Counties.

To be admitted, an individual must meet the Baker Act criteria as defined by Chapter 394 of the Florida Statutes. The crisis stabilization is a short term admission facility. Services are at 205 Shell Avenue, Building D, telephone 850-833-9195.
