Specially trained probation officers can offer technological and procedural support for court proceedings.

A Sworn Probation Officer and a trained Probation Officer Assistant act as liaisons for all criminal and special court proceedings. Criminal dispositions are recorded as announced by the court. Bridgeway Center, Inc. processes all criminal probation court orders while using Probation Software and internet access lap top computers for all court proceeding. After sentencing, the assistant meets with all offenders placed under probation supervision, obtains general information, conducts an initial probation substance abuse and mental health intake, takes a digital photo and assigns them to probation orientation. Official court documentation is provided to each offender upon sentencing.

Probation Services offers computerized secure access to designated court personnel to review revenue collection as court ordered for criminal offenders.

Technology has been implemented to allow for direct access to probation case history, offender case history, offender financial data, violations of probation, modifications and treatment compliance.
