You Are The Winners

RE: YOU ARE THE WINNERS

Recently, Substance Abuse Mental Health Association, which is funded by the Federal Government Office of Health and Human Services, sponsored a BCI ground-breaking workshop for northwest Florida entitled, "Changing the World."

The results of the workshop presentation, as rated by those who attended the workshop are enclosed. We contracted with an independent professional consultant firm to do a study of the training surveys. It was accomplished by the HAAS Center. The ratings revealed that overall participants felt they benefited from the workshop and enabled them to be more successful in the therapeutic setting.

This study's findings have important implications. First and foremost, the ratings underscore the importance of actively participating in your professional career development.

The second major implication of this study is that it emphasizes the importance of sharing professional training experiences with others.

Third, this study's findings are important to employers and partners of various provider organizations. The data supports the premise that value was gained. High value employees who attended as participants are encouraged and have brought increased morale back to their organization. This higher morale is infectious, and it improves your overall employee retention.
