Life Insurance - Can help protect your family in the event of your death.
Accidental Death Insurance - In the event of an unexpected death due to an accidental injury.
Health Insurance - available to full time employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Coverage is available through a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plan. Bridgeway Center pays for 80% of an employee only standard plan.
Dental Insurance - Available to all full-time associates and their families.
Disability Insurance - Long term disability plans are available to full-time employees. LTD monthly benefits are paid after employee is disabled and
unable to work for 90 days.
Getting Away from the Office
Holidays - Full-time employees receive 9 paid holidays per year: NewYear’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and
Christmas Day.
Jury Duty - While serving on jury duty, full-time employees receive full salary,
less any stipend paid to the employee for jury service from a governmental
entity.
Short Term Disability (STD) - STD is accrued at .0154
hour per paid hour (4 days per year).
Paid Time Off (PTO) - Regular full time and part-time
employees will begin accruing PTO immediately on employment,
based on a maximum of 40 hours per week.
PTO is earned and available to provide time off with pay
to meet your needs for rest, recreation and unexpected
short-term illness, injury or other emergencies. You may
start using your PTO after the six month introductory period.
A schedule of accrual rates is listed below: Time off
without pay prior to the six month introductory period will
be at the supervisor’s discretion.
Annual Salary Review
Employees have a 6 month probationary period, after
which reviews are done on an annual basis with merit increase based on performance
reviews, based upon financial resources.
