ROSI Scores 2007A graphical report on Bridgeway Center's ROSI Scores for 2007. | |
AbstractSince our establishment in 1966, Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) has worked to continuously improve services. Our mission statement is: “To Create Optimal Customer Experience with Compassionate Delivery of Quality Services”. Across the nation, mental health and substance abuse treatment systems have focused on “recovery and resiliency” markers as a result of the President’s New Freedom Commission Report published in 2003. Bridgeway Center, Inc. has worked to incorporate the values that represent an environment where the people we serve can achieve their goals. In 2006, a standardized measurement tool was given to a large sample of people served in all program areas at BCI. The instrument, Recovery Oriented Services Instrument (ROSI), measures an agency's performance on multiple indicators. From these results, program changes were made or enhanced to address areas of weakness. In 2007, an external agency administered the same tool across a sample of people served at BCI. To see the results of this instrument, please download the PDF provided at right. Please join me in congratulating the staff at Bridgeway Center, Inc. for showing improvement in nearly every category! If you have any comments concerning these positive achievements, please contact Allison Velez, LMHC, CAP, Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at 850-226-7393 or Heidi Torres, MPA, Vice President of Quality Performance Services at 850-833-7540.
